These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites, digital products, online courses, membership portals, AI tools, services, and platforms operated by Workplace Learning Solutions, Inc. (“WLS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing any WLS website, platform, course, or tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use immediately.
1. SCOPE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms apply to all online and digital properties operated by WLS, including but not limited to:
– wlstraininginc.com
– healthinsurance.wlstraininginc.com
– All Go High Level websites, funnels, forms, and automations
– All WLS online courses and learning portals
– Roxi – Your HR Partner GPT and AI chat tools
– Star – WLS AI Agent
– Digital downloads, toolkits, templates, guides, videos, and audio content
– Any current or future subdomains or technology platforms utilized by WLS
2. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
WLS utilizes trusted third-party platforms for functionality and service delivery, including:
– Go High Level (GHL) – funnels, forms, CRM, emails, automations
– OpenAI – AI-generated responses via Roxi
– ElevenLabs – AI voice generation
– Zoom – virtual events, webinars, workshops, meetings; sessions may be recorded
– Stripe / PayPal – payment processing
– Canva – templates and digital assets
– Scheduling providers – e.g., Calendly
– Web hosting and analytics providers
Use of WLS platforms may require your data to pass through these third-party systems. By attending any Zoom-based WLS session, you acknowledge and consent that the session may be recorded for training, quality, content development, client support, and future educational or promotional content (with permission where legally required).
WLS is not responsible for outages, errors, or security breaches by third-party providers.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use any WLS site, course, or AI tool to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive behavior, including but not limited to:
– Harassment or harm
– Uploading malicious code
– Unauthorized access attempts
– AI manipulation or “jailbreaking”
– Impersonation or misrepresentation
– Unauthorized sharing of WLS materials
Violation may result in termination without refund.
4. AI TOOL USAGE (ROXI, STAR, AND ANY AI-ENABLED FEATURES)
By using WLS AI tools, you acknowledge:
– AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete.
– AI tools do not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, mental health, or compliance advice.
– You are responsible for verifying information.
– Do not submit sensitive personal information (SSNs, PHI, financial data, passwords).
– WLS may monitor AI interactions for quality.
– Attempting to manipulate AI tools is prohibited.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All WLS content is protected, including:
– Roxi avatar, voice, scripts
– Star AI assistant
– WLS brand assets, logos, taglines
– RockstarBoss branding
– Courses, videos, scripts, PDFs, templates
– Audio tracks including the WLS Anthem
– Digital downloads, worksheets, toolkits
– Website content, blogs, emails
– Color palettes and brand styles
Unauthorized copying, sharing, reselling, or modifying WLS assets is prohibited.
6. USER SUBMISSIONS
By submitting any content (feedback, comments, uploads, forms, assignments, messages), you grant WLS a non-exclusive license to store, use, reproduce, display, and publish the content as needed. Users must not upload confidential or sensitive information. WLS may remove content at its discretion.
7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, COURSES & PAYMENT TERMS
– All purchases are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
– Access may be revoked for misuse or nonpayment.
– Downloads are for personal use only.
– No sharing or reselling materials.
– Payment plans must be completed; missed payments suspend access.
– “Lifetime access” refers to the product lifetime.
– WLS may update or discontinue courses or materials at any time.
8. INSURANCE SERVICES DISCLAIMER
Insurance information provided is general and educational. WLS is not responsible for:
– Eligibility outcomes
– Marketplace or carrier decisions
– System errors or delays
– Subsidy levels or determinations
Plan availability varies by state and eligibility. Users are responsible for verifying their plan selections.
9. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
WLS provides no guarantees regarding employment outcomes, business performance, HR results, insurance approvals, or AI accuracy. All content is provided “as is.” WLS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid or $100.
10. PRIVACY & DATA
WLS’ Privacy Policy governs data practices. Some data may pass through third-party systems such as OpenAI, GHL, and ElevenLabs.
11. AGE REQUIREMENT
Services are intended for users 18+. Discontinue use if under 18.
12. TESTIMONIAL DISCLOSURE
Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results.
13. AFFILIATE LINKS
Some links may generate compensation for WLS at no extra cost to users.
14. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
WLS may terminate access for misuse, nonpayment, policy violations, or unauthorized sharing.
15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by Georgia law. All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Georgia. Users waive the right to court or class-action proceedings.
16. SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any portion is unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
