After decades of experience in education, workforce development, and training, Bridget launched WLS in 2010 to fill a crucial gap: helping small and mid-sized businesses build people-first workplaces that donât just function â they flourish.
Her early work as a teacher in the Caribbean and later as a corporate trainer in Georgia laid the foundation for the WLS approach: always intentional, never rushed. The focus was clear â elevate people, and businesses will rise too.
